When I opened up my first policy the agency was called Whitehurst and my agent was Mrs. Deborah Richardson and although that was almost 30 years ago the same excellent customer service and attention to detail remain the same. Ms. Nikki Smith has been extremely helpful and I appreciate her professionalism and how knowledgeable she is in regards to the policy options that I am eligible for.
