Have been working with Company for 10 years, very good in general, big difference in customer service experience. Have worked with different account managers and Robin Germain is by far the Best (5 star)! Have had not so good experiences with others. Lost Robin as my primary account manager which did effect some decisions. Have a Gem in Robin!
