I wasen't very happy with my purchase.The item was very cheaply made and did not look like the product shown on the website. It was way over priced and the shipping seemed way too much as well !! I won't be back ....... The order taker was also very short with me and I was pretty ill at the time. I sure diden't appreciate that either! E.W. ..... Mich.

The Podiatrist was good but they didn’t follow through with paperwork. The wheelchair paperwork didn’t ever arrive nor did the general doctor receive the paperwork until requested.

I returned two shoe inserts. One was an exchange for another and the other one was not a good fit; I returned it as well. I emailed my contact twice and she wouldnt return my email nor my refund . I do not plan to purchase from here anymore. Being out of $50 is not good business.

Ordered a product online, was charged for the product and then received an email several days later stating that as a nonprofessional I was unable to purchase this item and would be refunded.....shoe inserts. Have purchased them in the past but now have to go thru an intermediary to secure. So someone else gets a piece of this pie. Not very happy but out of our control I assume as there was no explanation.

I have been waiting on a footrest since 2/7/19 and today is 3/13/19. I have had to call multiple times to find out when it will be delivered and it still isn't in the warehouse to be delivered.
