currently getting my second round of putty sent. I accidentally wasted my first batch but customer service was willing to help me out with the process responding almost immediately to my chats for help (within 5 minutes). I look forward to my zoom meeting to design my impressions. Great crew so far!

I just finished my impressions video call with Alan S he was SO nice, clear, professional, and helpful throughout the process. We had to make two impressions because I needed to make a slight change to the second one but he talked me through that and told me how to fix it. Excellent customer service thank you!
