I just received my first set of aligners. It took much longer to get then I was told BUT everything is taking longer to make and ship nowadays. The whole entire time Ele was very helpful and quick to respond and answered every question I had. The aligners fit perfect and I'm so excited to start this journey. Thankful they have employees like Ele to help every step of the way and ease any anxiety I have about the process. Be back in 6 months to share my results.

Absolutely terrible customer service. After getting the link to my 3d preview, I was did not like they way they rotated my top teeth out, no one wants buck teeth! I was also concerned because of the number of collisions displayed on the 3d model. AlignerCo made no mention of a need for interproximal reduction (my teeth are crowded, I've done my homework and I know what questions to ask) so I sent them an email asking about the collisions. Their response was to pressure me to approve the treatment plan, "You are requested to approve the treatment preview plan to avoid any further delay", I did not approve it. They had a person in the call center (James) ring me the following week, he could not answer my questions or address my concerns. I asked to speak with the dentist overseeing my treatment and was told no. No way am I going to consent to any medical treatment where I'm not allowed to ask questions. I notified AlignerCo that I would be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge and haven't heard from them since. Then this past week I got this random group text from e******297 at gmail ALIGNERCO IS A SCAM BASED IN LAHORE PAKISTAN. THEY ARE ****IN LIARS. NO DENTAL EXPERTS NO ORTHODONTIST NO FDA APPROVED , CHEAP PLASTIC ALIGNERS . SAVE YOUR MONEY SHEEPLE AND GO ELSEWHERE. AND HAVE PITY ON YOURSELF. ****IN IDIOT. POST THIS MESSAGE ON TRUSTPILOT AND BBB AND GOOGLE REGARDS J****/A****

Excellent customer service via chat to help me through the order and even get an extra discount. Just the initial order but off to a good start with AlignerCo!

I have not received any of my order yet but the chat option was very smooth and easy to use and the customer service was excellent!

I was on the fence about purchasing the product, but the chat support member was very informative. They are an affordable route compared to the other companies and I look forward to recommending them to friends and family.

I've suffered from TMJ for years. I saw an orthodontist who said it could be corrected with Invisalign. I was quoted over $6,000. I found AlignerCo and am currently wearing my aligners as I type this; aligners that I paid $865 for. So far they fit great and I can't wait to see how everything progresses.
