Muarag was very kind and patient guiding me through the process of taking the impressions. However the trays didn't fit my lower teeth very well so it was very painful overall. I hope the retainers fit better!
Response from ALIGNERCO· Aug 6, 2025
Thank you for your feedback! We're glad Muarag was helpful. Sorry to hear the trays were uncomfortable — the retainers should fit much better. Let us know if you have any concerns!
