Still have never received my first pair…
Still have never received my first pair of Aligners it’s been months already and I’m almost ready to cancel and get my refund

The aligners fit perfectly and do not…
The aligners fit perfectly and do not scratch my gums. They are very comfortable to wear. Im really enjoying myself experience so far. The only constructive criticism i have is to make it where the dates can be edited if you make a mistake in app to track progress.

No followup from company
I did what was instructed, and called 4x for follow up to see if everything was ok to send. No response for days. I am thinking of calling my CC company for refund. Paid $900 in full
