Fraudulent company - horrible experience!
This is the WORST company to deal with!! We paid in full up front (don’t do it!) and have not gotten anything that was promised - this is FRAUD!!! We have been waiting for almost a year and still have not received the trays. Multiple emails have been sent that met with excuses and more hoops to jump through. By the way the correspondence is worded, I am suspicious that it is a bot replying. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere for your aligners.
