Terrible product and service
I have used other services in the past and this has been by far the worst aligner/ Teeth straightening experience by far. They don’t give you all of your trays at once my fifth tray started causing spacing in areas that had no spacing. Total waste of money, you get what you pay for.

The time it takes to receive the…
The time it takes to receive the aligners from manufacturing start date is ridiculous. Also, having to sign for delivery is such a hassle. Having to take pictures of the aligners in your mouth and email them, in order for the next set of aligners to start being manufactured is a hassle. Customer service is horrible. The app sucks
