Quick to respond with a call to home…
Quick to respond with a call to home even on a false alarm i feel secure that dispach would be just as quick on any needed resopnse

poor support
The support lines are only open normal business hours west coast time. This is not very helpful for east coast customer. Additionally receiving error codes from a zone that no one could tell me where the zone was in the store. Though we did identify all zones when they took over the service.
