The wrong pair of shoes were sent! I have been busy at work this week. Finally, I had time to look at the shoes I had mailed to my house and to my surprise, the same brand was delivered, but the wrong style.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing from them for the first time. I had a detailed question about sizing and the lady who answered the phone actually physically measured my garment on the spot while I waited on the phone. It was really fast and she gave me measurements from two blazers which helped me pick the right size. My blazer was sent to me the same day and arrived two days later. Superb service and experience. I returned the item I ordered. It was well made, but too heavy for the climate in which I live; the sleeves were too long; and it came with one of those zippers that you can raise from the bottom and lower from the top at the same time. I find this awkward and useless. I have not heard from the company regarding my return, which I believe will be for a store credit only because the item was on sale. I didn't not see this when I purchased the item, but it was clearly spelled out in the delivery package. The item was superbly packed in clearly expensive packing.
