Purchased as Isaia sports jacket and pants over the internet. As it was a final sale item, no refunds were allowed. So I emailed/texted and spoke with Chase, one of their sales consultants who was very helpful in making sure I knew the size of the garmet before I purchased it. He sent me measurements, and even sent me a phot of a co-worker who was the same height, weight and waist size as me wear the sports coat to make sure I knew how it would fit. When the sportscoat arrived, I had no problems with the fit! Thanks A.K. Rikks for the great service in making an internet purchase for a non returnable item, and I will not hesitate to buy from you again in the future.

I have no idea where my shipment is. I asked the company for an eta and it was not clear. I’m waiting 2 more days before I ask for a refund. Update: the store reached out and refunded me. Looks like I jumped the gun with my review. I then went back to purchase again and afterwards was told it was out of stock. Then had to get a 2nd refund. Mess of a store.
