No contestan a tiempo los incidentes. Llevo dos dias con los servicios caidos, no contestan casos. El servicio se encuentra pago hasta Diciembre

He sido estafado por esta empresa, despues de 7 meses de servicio con idas y vueltas, la empresa cerró mi cuenta con la perdida de informacion de 25 clientes que tenía. Sin tener mas respuesta. NO LO CONTRATEN.

No entiendo el motivo por el cual han anulado mi servicio. realice mis pagos en las fechas indicadas, días antes a la fecha de pago mi servicio estaba suspendido, luego les deje 4 tickets de ayuda y no me dan una respuesta. Lo unico que necesito es hacer un backup a las cuentas de mis clientes

I have not been able to access my accounts for 7 days and it is generating problems with my clients. Each ticket that I enter they close it without giving me an answer, the worst that they generated a payment ticket and they don't give me an answer. What I am going through is critical.

All my sites are gone, they are saying that is an ISP problem but doesn't seem like it. now after 2 days of downtime they say that my clients hosted phishing sites and that is why they dont give me backups for any of the sites, i think they have another problem and they dont have anything to say other than that

I have never experienced such a prolonged downtime period. This is day 3 of my reseller services all down. I had 20+ sites, all are gone! These guys are saying that is an ISP problem but doesn't seem like it. Is there a way to get hold of them? they are now avoiding my tickets. This has to be the biggest flop 2021

I have been with these guys for a couple of years now and they have been quite good and of great value but just like the previous person, all my systems have been down for 2 days. They say it's local damage to the ISP or their connection to the internet, but I have been in this space since 1996 and I have never ever seen a system down this long, not even back then. I also will update this once it's resolved or not. Does anyone know who the actual prinicples are in this business?? their domain seems to be registered in Toronto...
