When we inquired, we found that Sam our Representative provided us with pictures and video that convinced us to do business with Akicon Inc. It was a major purchase and Sam made sure that we had everything so we could move forward

The customer service was excellent. They helped us custom design both a sink and hood with ease. We had many questions and they were patient and clear in their advice. The end product looks amazing.

I love my stackable range hood that akicon custom made. It is absolutely perfect for my kitchen. It was an easy process to order and arrived just as they told me it would. I appreciated that Akicon sent me a picture to preview and approve before shipping. Many oohs and awe’s over this stackable hood.

I've had this gas stove for a few months now and I'm really happy with it. It's been totally reliable, heats up quickly, and it looks amazing in my kitchen.

We had a custom stainless steel kitchen hood made and it took about 2-3 months to arrive, but they sent emails with pictures and videos throughout the whole process so we could see how it was coming along. Very happy with the product and the service of this company with follow-up even after delivery to make sure everything is good.
