Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we’re sorry this was your experience, we want to clarify how our certification programs are designed and the support options available to every student. Our QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification programs — Level 1, Level 2, and Payroll — each include five courses. Every course unlocks as you complete the one before it, and each pairs with a corresponding Intuit exam. This step-by-step structure is explained in the orientation materials and course videos, which walk students through the process from start to finish. To make sure students always feel supported, we provide multiple resources: - A Student Success Guide with clear starting steps and answers to common questions — shared in welcome emails, in welcome posts, and posted in the group’s featured section. - Direct email support from our dedicated team. - A free Facebook community where students can connect, share, and get guidance — with Akadian staff actively involved to answer questions and keep the conversation on track. - One-on-one calls to talk through your goals and the best learning path for you. If you didn’t receive our replies, it may have been due to an email delivery issue, and we’d be happy to make it right. Please reach out again at https://akadian.com/support so we can assist you. We’re committed to providing the guidance, clarity, and encouragement students need — and to supporting those who are dedicated to learning, practicing, and building the skills to thrive as bookkeepers.
