Tech was helpful. Price was in the ballpark with others. Someone actually answered the phone when I called without waiting on hold for 30 minutes. Only 4 stars because veterans discount was only 2% when most companies offer 5% or better. I will call with any questions during installation.

They call when I was missing my tracking information

Hi Ken, current processing times are 2 to 5 business days, with the potential to take longer in some circumstances. You placed your order on Monday morning (07/18), so we should have tracking by end of week, if not sooner. Thanks for your patience and understanding, and for choosing Air Sanctuary.

My order was confirmed 06/23)22 yet I have no idea when I will receive it.poor service

Hi Willie, we apologize for the extended delay. The unit you originally purchased on 06/23 was out of stock, so we provided an alternative on 06/24 (Friday) and did not receive approval to update the order from you until Friday night. The warehouse is closed on weekends, so the order started processing on Monday. Currently, during high season the processing time takes 3 to 5 business days, with the potential to take longer in some circumstances. We provided tracking and sent you a shipping confirmation email on 06/28. Unfortunately, it looks like the shipping carrier was delayed in picking up the order. Again, we apologize for the delay and appreciate your understanding and patience. Thank you for choosing Air Sanctuary.
