However, we must respectfully disagree with your conclusion that our API "doesn't work" or is a "scam." AI Prime Tech currently serves over 5,000 users who successfully use our API on a daily basis. Based on your review, it appears the issue may have been related to configuration rather than the functionality of the API itself. We provide setup documentation and customer support to assist users with integration, and we are always happy to help troubleshoot configuration issues. Regarding refunds, our refund policy is clearly stated and available to customers. As with most digital products and API services, refunds are not available once a working digital product has been delivered, except in circumstances covered by our policy. We encourage prospective customers to evaluate our service based on their own firsthand experience.
