It is a trap!

Extremely disappointing experience with Persolabs. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before providing this company with your payment details. We initially made what we understood to be a one-off purchase for a specific service. However, we later discovered that Persolabs had continued charging our credit card for an ongoing subscription that we had never knowingly agreed to. We received no emails, invoices, payment notifications or reminders about these ongoing charges. The only email we received related to our original purchase and made no obvious mention of recurring payments. When we contacted the company requesting a refund, they claimed the subscription terms had been disclosed during checkout and were accessible through a link in the original email. They then refused to refund the charges, citing their terms and conditions. Even more concerning was their explanation that simply granting automatic access to digital content meant we had waived our refund rights, regardless of whether we had actually used the service. We have now been forced to dispute the transactions through our bank. In my opinion, these are highly questionable and misleading subscription practices. Customers should not have to investigate their credit card statements to discover they have been enrolled in recurring payments. My advice: Avoid Persolabs, and if you’ve previously purchased anything from them, check your bank statements carefully for unexpected recurring charges.

They scam you into paying £1 and then charging from two different sites. Unsubscribe from the main one that you completed the test on, and then type into the search bar ai.persolabs.org and then there will be a cancel subscription button and unsubscribe there, then you will no longer be charged, however I yes also worth contacting your bank and letting them know of the situation with proof, as they may be able to reimburse the money you lost.

Biggest scam dont do it

Not honest and takes money from your account without knowing. I already canceled it twice. And sended multiple e mails. Don't do it please.

SCAMMERS Used this company to complete a survey, output was pretty poor and paid the extra fee to get the report quicker. Turns out as it's a scam site to try to get as much money out of you as possible and near on impossible to cancel your 'trial' even after cancelling. I hope they get caught out soon and get some huge fines.

Watch out for the hidden subscriptions, I lost 80 euros that they refuse to give back. Company that found a way to scam in a legal way
