Quality Disappointing

I am sorry, I am not at all happy with my order. It looks cheap. I expected it to look bigger and not at all like a photo just overlayed on a piece of plastic. Your advertisement show brightness and bold. These are tiny and barely noticeable. One has a streak on it that won’t come off, I think is glue resin and scratches on the backside.there is an obvious haze that looks like plastic film. I thought perhaps it was a protective film that would peel off. But it does not come off. The cost is not showing in this work. I paid almost $100 with gift box and delivery for five pieces of plastic with a picture glued to it. It wasn’t even traced out straight. I am just so dissatisfied. Update: your response says there is an email to resolve. There is no email. I also checked spam and junk and nothing more. Update 11/16/23: so I received an email from A Gift Customized. Seems they are willing to provide a refund if I retract my review. Because they have not followed through with my refund and are now blackmailing me. I needed to add this. Here is their email to me, but before you read on, they say “full refund on the product value.” Since I am not happy with the product and it is poor quality, what is their intention? Read on: Hi Darlene, I would like to extend my sincere apologies for the dissatisfaction you experienced with your recent purchase from our store. Before delving into the details of the refund process, we would kindly request your consideration in removing or updating your one-star review on TrustPilot. Warm regards, Linda Hamilton Customer Service Representative Now, why do I need to reconsider my review, it is my expressed opinion and trustpilot is a website where I have every right to post it. I have also expressed back to them I would not. They said consider. I considered it and I’m not removing or changing it. So provide me a refund.

Response from agiftcustomized.com· Nov 9, 2023

Hi Darlene, We are truly sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectations. Our items are indeed designed with double-sided printing, and we assure you that the size matches what is described in our product specifications. The streak and haze you are referring to are likely due to the protective film, which, once removed, should reveal a brighter and more polished finish. We acknowledge that this protective layer can be difficult to peel off, but it ensures the product reaches you without damage. If a larger size is what you are looking for, we invite you to consider our 'Grand version.' This option can be located on our website by searching for 'Personalized Custom Photo Ornament - Grand Version' in the search bar for your convenience. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Our customer support team will be in contact with you to address and resolve these issues. Warm regards, Linda Hamilton from A Gift Customized.
