I think the website is easy to navigate. If I have a problem, I can contact a person, and they will get back to me quickly. What more can you ask for?

The service was fast
The service was fast. I still don't like that 5.00 charge added if you don't have 50.00 of products. I love the oil samples which is good. I noticed that the oil doesn't keep the aroma long as it once did 🤔

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you were not happy with some of the scents or the $5 fee for being under your wholesale minimum. While it's unfortunate, we do accept returns within 30 days of products that were not used. We do offer refunds, store credits or replacement of other items with free shipping. Thank you again,
Jacinta
