The whole process worked out fine.
The first scale I received did not work. I called and within the week they sent another scale that works just fine. They took care of business.

Ordering problems
Many problems with my order. Major problem was that NO ONE contacted me to correct. The problems were only addressed when I followed up after wondering why my scales had not been delivered. When attempting to fix problems I did not feel like by business was of any value to them, and they were annoyed with me as a customer. My order was for $3,000, I guess that is not a big enough order for them to care very much. I own a company that builds storefronts that need the scales that I purchased, I will be purchasing many of the same product, tens of thousands of dollars worth, from a different source because of my bad experience. The scales did eventually arrive which is why it's a 2 star instead of 1.

The customer had the wrong billing address on his order so there was an AVS decline on his credit card. Also, the billing and shipping addresses where in different states with no business name. This is usually a sign of fraud. So, the day after the customer placed the order we left a voicemail on the phone number provided by the customer to verify the order information and we never heard back from him. Turns out that the phone number was not his number. After the customer finally contacted us when he did not receive his scales, we confirmed his information and sent them out 2 day air for free. Not really sure what else we could have done.

Fast, accurate and as promised.
We ordered an Ohaus scale. The order completion was efficient, the shipping as promised and swift. The price was the best we could find for the precise same unit. I highly recommend H&C.

Great scale, great price, fast shipping
Everything about this purchase process was incredibly easy. The scale I purchased is of a higher quality than the previous scale I had which was four times the price.

Great service!
Helpful in selecting the right scale. They did "lose" the order because they were shipping from another warehouse, but after a quick phone call they found it and I got the order on time.

Excellent Service
I ordered the scale on Thursday at about 10:30 A.M. and received it on Friday at 9:30 A.M. Not only was the shipping time great, but the price was extremely competitive. I would order from these folks again with no hesitation.
