We started testing AffiliateWP for some of our partners 6 months ago and switched our entire affiliate system to it 6 weeks ago. At the beginning, we had quite a few issues, which took a lot of time and resources to fix. This is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. However, thanks to the truly great and fast customer service, we were able to solve everything. Now, everything runs smoothly. We're really happy that we took the time to set it up properly and kept improving it with the help of the AffiliateWP team (special thanks to Barsha!). Our affiliate system is so much easier to manage now. :)

While the plugin is great, simple to use, it is also riddled with spam. I delete at least 30 sometimes upwards of 100 spam registrations a day. It takes some of the fun out of it for me. Not sure what they can do about that.

They're still failing to complete the full translation of some foreign languages, but overall it's a great service and excellent for your affiliate program!

Overall it is way too expensive as I don't use 90% of it. Found a very similar program that is a one-time purchase for a fraction of the cost.

Update: The support team finally fixed my issue. Despite it being a very rare problem, they persisted and resolved it for me (although it could have been more efficient). Thank you, Andrew, and thank you to the support team! ========== Since purchasing the plugin, I've encountered issues with both the license and the addons not activating, resulting in a forbidden error. Your support has tried to resolve the issues but only responds once every 2-3 days, asking me to create a staging site or provide FTP details, without any real progress. It has been 10 days now, and I still can't use the plugin. I am truly disappointed and frustrated with your support.
