It took forever to get order with NO explanation except pads were backordered. We will not be ordering anything from you in the future. These were AED pads and left us in a bind to the point we got some elsewhere.

Wesley, thank you for sharing your experience! We’re truly sorry for the delay and any inconvenience it caused. We genuinely appreciate your patience and feedback, and we’ll continue working to improve communication and transparency for our customers.

Took an excessive time to fulfill the order. It was a basic order for a pad/battery module on a current AED.
Response from Coro Medical (AED.US)· Nov 11, 2025
Thank you for your feedback, Charles! We sincerely apologize for the delay in fulfilling your order. The item you ordered was on an extended backorder from the manufacturer, which unfortunately affected our ability to ship as quickly as we strive to. We completely understand how frustrating that can be and appreciate your patience during the delay.

The ease of ordering, the great customer service and the timeliness of the shipment was excellent. We have put the AED to use since we just received it on yesterday.

Takes way too long to ship items out. Needed my order right away but no option for expedited shipping was offered. I've received email that item has shipped but it's been 4 days and UPS still not in possession of item. I will not be using your business any longer.

Very easy to order. Thank you for the rebate! It is going to the Alburnett Iowa Historical Society. My husband went into cardiac arrest and there was no AED to give him quicker access to lifesaving treatment. Hopefully now we can potentially help save a life by this donation!

Ordering online was quick and easy. Although shipping option was automatically added. Once I called customer service to have it changed the rep fixed the shipping from almost 100.00 to 0.00. She was amazing.
