When I had to check for availability on a product the call was picked up quickly. I then need to ask about tax exempt and I used the chat feature which was again answered quickly and professionally.

I was able to get certified in how to use an EPI Pen and the cis only took about 20 minutes to complete. I wanted to get certified because I know someone in my family with food allergies.
