My order was canceled without being contacted to offer a reason for the cancellation.

We purchased two online courses for adult/ped cpr; but when my staff tried to login to start, the order had been cancelled and is now on "back order"

Took 3-4 days after paying before I received instructions on how to login for my online training. Most vendors have immediate access. Not this place.

Placed an order. Funds from my credit card were put on hold, then the hold was released. Absolutely no communication. There was no explanation for not honoring the order.

Never received a tracking number, order was placed on 6/17 and it is now 7/07 with no sign of my order or update that it is delayed or has been shipped. More communication on shipping information would be great.

The recapcha device required 6 or 7 attempts. I received an email prior to my order promising 10% discount, but when I went to checkout and I tried to put the discount code (BROWSE10) into the space provided, I was sent on a wild goose chase to ID.me. I finally was able to make my purchase WITHOUT the discount, but by the time I was done I was very frustrated. I think your website needs some streamlining.
