I did not receive my item. It says back order. Not sure why it was listed as available on website. Misleading.

Ordered an AED ($1,600.00) and immediately received an email that stated "thank you for your order" "this item is on back order" If you don't have it, you shouldn't charge for it then tell the customer it's on backorder.

I ordered from you on September 19th and then got an email saying one of the items was not in stock. It is now October 4th and I still have not received my order.

I still have not received my order. You should tell folks upfront if something is not in your inventory. After all this is for a device that may safe someone's life, that is useless without the battery.
