This product came with very complicated instructions that 3 people with experience assembly these products couldn’t follow. No video , no customer support . Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Fortunately With additional coverage snd I was able to get a return label and send it back via Fedex Home pick up.

Very nice product for the price point. We purchased a 10x16 lean to gazebo and we're pleasantly surprised with the simplicity and ease of assembly. I recommend having 3 people handy to stand up posts. After that its truly a one man assembly. 2 is ideal for handing small pieces while assembling the roof and panels.
