It’s a great platform once you get the setup done and found a mentor who responds :)
Response from ADPList· Jul 14, 2026
hi ayna, felix here, cofounder of ADPList. thank you, and your point about getting set up and finding a responsive mentor is fair. reaching a great mentor should feel straightforward, not like work you have to do before the value begins. glad you ultimately had a good experience, and we’ll keep working on making that path smoother.

I've been mentoring professionals and organizations for over 8 years in Product Marketing, and I'm both a mentor and a mentee on ADPList. It has become one of the best communities I've found for meaningful knowledge sharing and career growth. The quality of the mentors is exceptional, and the platform makes it easy to connect with experienced professionals from different industries. I've had valuable conversations from both sides—as someone helping others and as someone continuing to learn. Special thanks to Felix, the CEO, for building such an impactful community and making mentorship accessible worldwide. One tip for new users: if a mentor doesn't respond through the ADPList chat, try sending them a polite message on LinkedIn before booking or waiting for a session. In my experience, this often leads to a faster response. I'd also like to mention one of ADPList's newest features, Partner, which was launched just a couple of days ago. It's a major step forward—you can create personalized scenarios and practice with AI for specific career goals, whether it's preparing for interviews, improving communication, or developing professional skills. I believe this is one of the biggest product updates ADPList has introduced in recent years. As someone with a Product Marketing background, I also wrote a few posts analyzing ADPList's product strategy and recent features in Linkedin. If you're interested in product thinking and platform design, I recommend checking them out. I highly recommend ADPList to anyone looking to learn, grow, or give back through mentoring. Farshad Arab

hi farshad, felix here, cofounder of ADPList. thank you for being part of this community from both sides of the table. eight years of mentoring experience brings an incredibly valuable perspective, and it means a lot to hear that ADPList has remained a meaningful place for you to teach, learn, and grow. i also appreciate you trying Partner so early and sharing thoughtful product feedback publicly. one thing we still need to improve is making mentor responsiveness reliable inside ADPList, so people don’t feel they have to reach out elsewhere before a session. thank you for caring deeply about what we’re building and for giving so much back to the community!

My mentor gave me really valuable advice on transitioning into a new industry that has proved to be very beneficial.

hi typheena, felix here, cofounder of ADPList. this is exactly the kind of outcome we hope mentorship can create: practical advice that continues helping long after the session ends. thank you for sharing it, and wishing you the best with your transition into the new industry!

It's a good idea, but the mentors don't show up. I booked with many mentors, and only 2 showed up. A lot of them didn't. Even mentors with good ratings don't show up. So it's a waste of time.
Response from ADPList· Jul 10, 2026
hey, felix here, cofounder of ADPList. you're right, and i'm not going to spin it. mentor no-shows are our worst problem right now. our mentors are volunteers, but you booked time and someone didn't show, and that's a broken experience no matter how you frame it. we're adding real consequences for repeat no-shows including removal, and building fast rebooking so you don't get stuck waiting. in the meantime, if you email me at felix(at)adplist(dot)org with your account, i'll personally connect you with mentors who show up. sorry we wasted your time.
