Not happy with this company. Make me pay 15% restocking fee plus return shipping for a item I never received. They could not deliver it and they made me pay the return. I will never ever purchase something from them.

My tub took 17 weeks for delivery when I was told 6-8. During the process I sent numerous emails and made several calls. Many times they where not returned. Not happy by any means.

Can't rate the sink as it hasn't arrived yet. What's the point of paying $1000+ for a sink when they use a shipping company with only 1.5 stars? Estes shipping has held onto my sink for the past week. They lied to me about talking to me to set an appointment and now I can't get anybody on the phone. I was excited about getting the sink but now I don't care anymore. I just want this nightmare of a shipping company out of my life
