This was awesome! Besides having to wait 4 weeks for it, the product came and it was awesome. I bought it for my son and it looked just like i requested and it works.

My order was shipped via UPS, which left the package outside my building despite the fact that this is a high-crime area. The package was promptly stolen. When I got in touch with Adeco customer service, they did not offer the courtesy of a response.

My picture frame was broke I tried calling can't get no one to answer send an email and have not heard anything back and it's been almost two months very very very very unhappy with this company they suck

Clock was a great price for the size, but came in with a large dent at the bottom. The packaging was not damaged at all and judging from the policy of addressing damaged items with the carrier, I suspect it was damaged prior to shipping opposed to during shipping...

We bought bookends for our daughters nursery. They came defective - the best way to describe it is that they sent me the equivalent of two left shoes. Thereafter there was no mechanism to accomplish a simple return and refund. I'll stick to Amazon going forward, and recommend that you do the same for a more user friendly experience.
