I liked that I could take the course at my own pace, easy to navigate, and that I could retake the practice test as many times as I wanted. I really liked the quick turn-around time of the results of my final test and that everything was recorded within 24 hrs.

The terminology for the chapters are very complex. Probably more than it needs to be. There has to be an easier way to understand all of the reading material. The videos used are great at explaining what the chapter material covers.
