Broke my leg 4 days ago, as I was leaving the hospital the Walker company called me to tell my Walker will be delivered the following day with alerts so I would know when. Sure enough they texted me with an ETA, close to that time the driver, Bill, called to let me know he was almost there. When he arrived he adjusted the Walker for my height. He was very kind and helpful! My experience with Adapt Health was great !!!!!

Received bill stating amount owed and date it would be late. No Insurance payment recorded. Called and was told the Medicare # on account was expired. I told him that Medicare #'s do not expire. Called Medicare, no claim for this date of service. Called Adapthealth back, and was told that this was an estimated bill, and that the bill had been sent to the insurance co. I told him they had no record of the claim. He said to have them call his company. I said CMS does not call providers. If you want paid you will have to submit the claim to CMS correctly, or you will not get paid.
