Being a nurse 33 years I absolutely have to say that this company is the worst I have ever experienced with. The whole time is generally 39 minutes and some seconds. I have never received a bill from them yet in 6 months. I'm pretty sure that I probably owe for my supplies and we'll get a massive Bill eventually. They tell me that they will fax things to my doctor and then they do not do it. They're operators are hard to understand and will not answer your questions
