They are very deceptive on their billing. Be careful read the fine print to make matters worse. The products are garbage don’t waste your money.

Sarah was phenomenal. Handled the backlog extremely well. She was a one-woman show and did great. Clearly could benefit from some assistance so she doesn’t have to do it all alone, but she exceeded my expectations.

The staff at AeroCare STATESVILLE, a local office that serviced my need for a rental hospital bed was extremely kind, helpful and extremely courteous. From the very first call at was taken by Shanequa and until today's conversation to see where I could give my grateful review. The conversations were informative and helpful. Pick-up of the bed was on June 30. Roger and his assistant in training, Lilly were most efficient and they combined courtesy, compassion and professional care. The pickup experience deserves my gratitude...as well as the whole staff. If you would ever need any medical equipment plus, I highly recommend this office in Statesville NC. Blessings to all.
