Employee was very nice and helpful, had lots of useful information. Made sure I was comfortable. He knew I was clostauphobic and had piercings so made sure the mask fight comfortable and allowed me to try on options to best fit my needs.

If you reach American phone support the process goes smoothly. The offshore phone support is terrible. I am blessed with a fantastic on the road delivery person who comes across as super professional and very caring. It feels like he knows exactly what my needs will be before I do. He makes up for the poor phone line experiences.

Easy to speak to a real person and one that actual cares about your issue! I've never had a bad experience contacting Adapthealth about any issues. They are also very responsive and waste no time helping. When my oxygen concentrator started making noises, they were here quickly and made the necessary repairs. Excellent service!
