Their billing is a mess. I never get a straight answer when I call about why I am being billed three or four times a month even after I have returned my equipment.

Mystery charges/poor customer service They use another company called Home Health Express who is charging me for something without explanation. I have tried twice to remove autopay from that account and have gotten no response from Adapthealth. As long as my credit card is in their system, they can keep charging me randomly for whatever.

I am always welcomed and treated as a loyal customer. The staff is friendly and very helpful. My last visit was for a Bipap machine. Julie was very helpful explaining the equipment. All of the staff is pleasant.

They sent a tech the same day. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly!
