I ordered a raised toilet seat chair and received it 10.9.26, however, I didn't know the seat was a regular round seat and I have oblong toilets (3)! I had my right knee completely replace and I needed this help me sit higher. If you make an elongated seat please let me know. Joe C.

Just found out that my insurance approved a hospital bed for me. The delivery called to set up but didn’t leave a voicemail and on day of delivery no time is set so I requested a phone call and they called just ten minutes away. But they were very nice gentlemen and carefully set it up. Overall pleased, but better communication would be nice.

I’ve really struggled with the face mask and Katie has been very patient and super awesome through the process of finally finding a mask that fit my in-between-sized face and little head. She stuck with me with a positive attitude all the way to the end.
