Thank you for your feedback, Scott. We’re glad to hear you’ve seen improvements in the program, but we’re very concerned about the double charges and the difficulty getting reimbursed. You should never have to struggle to resolve billing issues. We would like to review your account directly to confirm what occurred and ensure any outstanding reimbursements are addressed promptly. We also understand the frustration of not having phone support available when dealing with time-sensitive concerns. Your feedback on this is important and has been shared with our team. Please email [email protected] with “Billing Escalation” in the subject line and include the email associated with your account so a senior team member can personally review and follow up with you.

We’re sorry to hear that multiple recipients are having trouble accessing their forms — we understand how frustrating that is, especially when you’re managing dozens of deliveries. Invalid or expired links can sometimes result from email security filters, forwarding issues, or recipients accessing an older notification. However, that shouldn’t create this level of difficulty. We’d like to review your account and delivery logs to see exactly what’s happening and help ensure your recipients can access their forms without issue. Please email [email protected] with “Email Delivery Issue” in the subject line and include the email associated with your account so a senior team member can investigate promptly. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and want to help get this resolved quickly.

We’re very sorry for the frustration this has caused — especially knowing your contractors are waiting for their 1099s. To clarify, IRS acceptance confirms the forms were successfully filed electronically, but mailing timelines can vary depending on processing queues and print batches during peak season. That said, we understand how concerning it is when recipients have not received their copies yet. We would like to look into your specific order and confirm the exact mailing status. Please email [email protected] with “Mailing Status – Urgent” in the subject line and include the email associated with your account so we can review this immediately. We understand how time-sensitive this is and appreciate the opportunity to address it directly.

Thanks for sharing your experience, we’re very sorry for the time and frustration this caused. We understand how important it is to have clear, accurate guidance when filing, and it’s disappointing to hear that you received inconsistent instructions and were unable to get a timely resolution. That’s not the level of support we strive to provide. Your feedback regarding the difficulty reaching support, as well as the experience with our agents and escalation process, is being taken seriously and will be reviewed with our team. We also recognize how frustrating it is to spend hours troubleshooting, only to be advised to mail in the form without a proper explanation or resolution. If you’re open to it, we’d appreciate the opportunity to review your case further and see if there’s anything we can do to help or improve your experience. Please feel free to contact us directly at [email protected] so we can assist you further.
