AC InfinityReviews of acinfinity.com

Amazing like always, super fast wit everything

I was given ticket #593423 when asking a question about the Terraform 7 adopters credit for the T8. Duke was the customer service representative that helped answer my questions and inform me of my credit to buy the new model. Their quick response and positive attitude was a direct reason why I purchased the T8. Before I was able to reference my new purchase of the T8 to start the refund……Duke had already submitted my refund and even found it charged me S&H unfairly. Duke straightened everything out without even asking and made it the easiest transaction I have had with AC infinity. Duke has set the standard for all Customer Service Representatives!! Please acknowledge his amazing abilities.
