HORRIBLE, SO S-L-O-W MORE THAN 1 MINUTE FROM ONE CLICK TO OTHER. IT IS NOT CLIENT FRIENDLY. If you want to build your website there is not BUTTONS easy to find. ALL BUTTONS VISIBLE ARE THE ONE YOU CLICK TO BUY THINGS. FOR SOMETHING THAT EASY AS GET IN YOUR WEBBUILDER YOU HAVE TO CONTACT CHAT AND WAIT FOREVER THE ANSWERS.

After paid verfication on email, on everying. You are asked to upload your identity photos. Nonsense.
Response from Accu Web Hosting· Jan 20, 2026
For security and fraud prevention purposes, additional verification was required for this order. During the signup process, several inconsistencies were identified between the registration details, billing information, and account origin. When such discrepancies occur, we request identity verification as part of our standard security policy to protect both our customers and our platform. We understand that verification requests can feel inconvenient; however, this process is applied only when certain risk indicators are detected and is necessary to maintain a safe and reliable hosting environment for all users. Our team is always available to assist and clarify the verification process if needed.

I had a terrible experience with this company. Their technicians were completely incompetent — they couldn’t fix basic rpm-php errors or install Magento properly. On top of that, the service was painfully slow. The VPS I received was full of bugs from the start, and when I asked for a refund, they flat-out refused. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs.

Hello Yvon, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. Regarding your Magento installation, our team had informed you in advance—both verbally and in the support ticket —that Magento (Adobe Commerce) requires a minimum of 2 GB of usable RAM for installation and stable operation. The VPS plan associated with your account did not meet these requirements, which is why our technicians advised upgrading before proceeding. Even with these constraints, our team still made several attempts to assist you and complete the installation on your existing VPS. Unfortunately, due to the insufficient system resources, the installation was not able to complete successfully. That said, we completely understand how frustrating this must have been. Although VPS services typically fall outside our money-back policy, we have processed a full refund as a gesture of goodwill to ensure you are not left dissatisfied. We genuinely appreciate your feedback. Clear expectation-setting and transparency are extremely important to us, and your case helps us further improve communication for resource-heavy applications such as Magento. We wish you the very best and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again under better circumstances. Kind regards, AccuWeb Hosting

Not even one star. Fake, they say 27/7/365, but it's not true at all. I've been waiting for days for the bot to connect me with an operator, but no one connects. Poor service, initially, if you don't log in it goes fast, then after logging in and purchasing the site it becomes very slow. Not to mention the VPS. Then they responded to a refund ticket I made, with a message that had nothing to do with it, just to make fun of it.

Hello simone, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about the experience you described — it’s very concerning to us, especially because we have proudly served customers around the world for over 23 years with genuine 24×7×365 human support. After carefully reviewing the details provided in your review, we were unable to locate any customer account or recent support interaction that matches the information shared. We sincerely want to help resolve your concerns, but without a matching record, we are unable to verify the situation or reach out to assist you directly. That said, the issues described — long waits for support, slow service after login, unrelated replies to tickets — do not reflect our standards or typical customer experience. Our support team is staffed around the clock, and real technicians (not bots) respond to customers day and night. We take these claims very seriously and would like to investigate them properly. If you believe this may be a misunderstanding or if your review was posted under a different name or email, please contact us directly at [email protected] or provide your ticket ID. Our senior team will personally review your case and help resolve any issue immediately. We value transparency and accountability, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We hope to clarify this situation and assist you promptly once we have your correct account information. Warm regards, AccuWeb Hosting Team Providing trusted hosting services since 2003

This company and their VPS services are an obvious SCAM... They sell you a "Forex VPS" that can't handle using even one trading platform such as MetaTrader 5... Then they tell you "your resources are working normal but can't handle the load so it may freeze or slow down"... Then they suggest you upgrade to the next level. WHY WOULD A PERSON WANT TO UPGRADE AND CONTINUE USING A SERVICE IF THE FIRST SERVICE THEY PAID FOR IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY!!! TRADERS SHOULD AVOID USING THEIR SERVICES AT ALL COST... THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY!!!

Hi Richard, Based on your communication with our support team, we found that your VPS is functioning properly on our end. Could you please provide a screenshot or a recording that demonstrates the slowness issue you’re experiencing? A screenshot of the MTI platform showing the duration it takes to execute your trade would be particularly helpful. Best regards,

I have been building websites, for decades, and used just about every company possible. Accuweb being one of the worse. I spent years building a life, dependent on a couple of my websites. As the sites needed a VPS, and unfortunately Startlogic which is a great system company dot not have VPS. I went to Accuweb. Basically, my sites were down, and up and down, until it was unfixable. There Support staff, is not educated and basically caused my company to go bankrupt trying to scramble and fix their mistakes. If you value your lives work, don't use Accuweb. I rarely write bad review, But this one could save your hard work. Stay away from them, and their "support" that solved nothing.
Response from Accu Web Hosting· Oct 4, 2024
Dear Ritchie, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. The issue arose because your domain name was using a third-party DNS, which we do not have access to. It appears that your webmaster may not have updated the A record with your DNS provider. Additionally, your previous provider, Startlogic, may have deactivated your website on their server, while the DNS was still pointing to them. We understand how important your websites are to you, especially after the years of hard work you’ve dedicated to building them. We’re pleased to hear that the issue was resolved once the DNS record was changed. Please know that your experience does not reflect the high standards we aim to maintain. If there’s anything else we can do to assist you or if you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Best regards, Jason Pat AccuWeb Hosting

This company has no word; they contact bloggers by email asking for partnerships, but right after you do your part, they ignore you and never complete their side of the agreement. and if you try to contact their support to get it solved, you'll just be ignored.
Response from Accu Web Hosting· Jan 10, 2025
Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that our company does not participate in backlink partnerships or conduct outreach to bloggers for this purpose. Furthermore, if you received any emails regarding that matter, they were not sent by AccuWeb Hosting, which may have caused some confusion.

I subscribe the forex vps system. I use my own home internet to do log in and conduct purchase. They flagged me as "proxy server" and I need to wait for their company to check. I don't even know what is proxy server to begin with. Then the customer service asked by to buy another server to ease the process, which i dont know why. This I tried to verify my phone with OTP. I cant receive the OTP and I chat with the customer services. The customer service said that there is no others way but to wait for the company to call me. Or else my phone verification wont work. Why is it so hard to subscribe a VPS?
