The worst company to deal with. Why on earth any company would use Accurate is beyond me. They are wanting to do a background check on my husband for a job even though he already holds a security license from a high level security company and with his work they also had to do a background check and yet he is forced to jump through hoops to prove he is a good trustworthy citizen of Australia. The worst company to try to communicate with.

Accurate Background incorrectly reported verified education information as discrepancies, creating unnecessary delays and stress during my hiring process. I sent many emails explaining what appears to be a reporting/classification error on their end. I wouldn't recommend it.

They don’t even deserve one star

This company is the absolute worst for checking backgrounds. I've had 3 backgrounds come back for other opportunities in the same amount of time my background for Accurate has been going on. What sucks is the job I really want is the one using this horrible company. They don't actually verify anything. No phone calls to previous employers yet say they can't verify employment. Apparently when you upload a document to verify employment they don't actually check that either. Essentially a waste of a lot of time and costing the potential employee a job.

This is the most incompetent company I’ve ever dealt with. They outsource communications to the lowest bidding call centre, clearly. The people who call to confirm information do not have a comprehensive grasp of the English language. It leads to infuriating and time-wasting back and forth dialogues that go nowhere as no one at the company can actually do anything outside their autopilot responses. The level of incompetency is tragic and absolutely unacceptable when dealing with such sensitive information. This company is filled with unprofessional and uneducated people. They send emails asking for you to email back a copy of your ID, then directly below is the disclaimer stating, “DO NOT send documentation via email”. Do they have that warning as they know their own staff do not understand their own rules?!? It is clear that large companies use Accurate because it is likely the CHEAPEST background check company. It succeeds because it uses utterly incompetent staff. I mean there is no way someone would pay competitive pricing for a company that could be more efficiently staffed by children. I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

The worst background check company I ever used for my background. My results still haven’t came back. I’m blessed I got offered another job where my background came in the same day. I don’t know what’s up with accurate background it’s slow and terrible

site not working, incomplete information, poor customer service

HORRIBLE COMPANY, EMPLOYERS STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU DONT WANT FUTURE PROSPECTS TO JOIN. They made my experience horrible almost costing me a job.STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY. FOR YOU ACCURATE BACKGROUND, GET BETTER.
