My accordion arrived in superb condition, it is exactly as specified, and it is what I expected. Whilst it did take quite a while until it was dispatched, this is preferable over being rushed. Shipping was fairly quick, and it was very secure and well packaged. They promptly answered any questions I had before and after purchase. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a nice well priced Bayan in playable condition.

I purchased from Latin America, and the customer service before, during, and after the purchase and shipping process was exceptional. The product arrived in excellent condition, with all its mechanisms in perfect working order. Additionally, it was perfectly packaged and protected. I hope to make my next purchase very soon.

Couldn't have had a better experience. Harmony musical workshop found the exact accordion I wanted when I told them the model that I had been searching for. They notified me as soon as they found it and were patient with me after putting down a deposit. They did excellent work on the accordion and want to thank everyone in their team.
