Love the company's service and product. Been working with this company for 6+ years and they are my go to partner for event credentials. We had a complicated project this time that had 5 mini events within the 1 large one. We asked for the badges to be packaged within those 5 mini events and submitted the lists separately. This didn't happen and caused a bit more work on my team's end to sort everything. Would have been nice if they were grouped and labeled in the order we submitted.

Thank you for your continued trust and partnership over the past 6+ years! We're glad to hear you love our service and products. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the packaging issue in your recent project. Your feedback is valuable, and we'll work on improving our process to ensure better organization in the future. 😊 We owe you a discount on your next order ;)
