I used Abode for two houses. One had the option where they filed everything for me and the other I had to file it. I would give it good stars for the one where they filed it for me because I was abe to reduce my property taxes. But the one where I have to file doesn't really have much value because it is something I just do not have time for so doesn't help at all.

Though there was not a whole lot of communication after signing up it turned out it was not really necessary. Honestly we didn't know what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised when we found out that Abode had reduced our property tax owed by nearly 10%. It was easy and painless with minimal effort on our part

They were on top of things, and incredibly communicative. However, my savings were less than I anticipated if I had done it myself. But I did save a lot of time. Others might find more benefit from the company.

Very easy to use and submit a tax appeal. I didn't save anything this time around but I will try again next year. Would recommend the service.

I received a request for a review before I received the results from Abode. I have 2 accounts with Abode, only received details on one, so far. No interim communication, No how to ask questions. Good result, bad follow up.
