Not very impressed so far. Didn't know that the glasses came from China and 2 weeks after my order, the order is still in China so I'm not about to get them. Hopefully the glasses will be fine when I get them

After receiving my glasses I emailed RE I thought I purchased with polychromatic/transitional lenses. That I wouldn't have bought had I known I hadn't selected that. I was confused at UV/Blulight block and thought I got polychromatic/transitions. I felt my customer service experience in that email was rude, throwing fault on me *it's not us" mentality. The only resolution offered was the same deal everyone else has on the website main pg. This was my first and last purchase on Abbe site. I told them I would just return to Zenni/Firmoo. Not having transitional lenses in Florida doesn't work from me. It was confusing on the website at time of purchase. I was hoping for "just pay the difference and we'll send you a new pair". Not the blame game, attitude email. So, I will buy another pair of glasses w/transitions elsewhere. UPDATE: Wow, ok point proven w/your friendly response. My initial email to customer service I was very friendly. Asking politely for assistance. Got all attitude then. Your below response again, attitude. Very rude customer service. Unlike Zenni or Firmoo. I buy a lot of glasses online with no ordering issues. I dislike these frames greatly and they are as good as in the garbage for me. I hate the frames. Where the arm and front of glasses meet it is larger then pictured, you can see the screw in the glasses. Look and feel cheap. Too oversized. I would appreciate a return. That's the resolution I want.

We are sorry that our glasses did not satisfy you! The eyeglasses lens will not have a transition feature because it was not selected in your order. We offered the maximum support we can provide, such as a 50% discount on a new transition pair, but we cannot accept a new pair of glasses made for free. Thank you for your understanding!

My original review was 4 stars(it’s below), it’s been edited to 3 stars. When you get your order there is a flyer that says if you give a review you receive a $5 credit. So I gave my review, but never saw a credit. I emailed them & was told that only 5 star reviews received the $5 credit. This is the reason for lowering my rating to 3 stars. So now you know…they buy 5 star reviews. Shady business practice in my opinion. This is my first experience with ABBE glasses. I have purchased glasses online many times. The ABBE site is fairly easy to navigate & user friendly. I didn’t have much trouble figuring out how to choose the options I wanted & place my order. There is something I’d like to suggest…when using the try on feature, if you are signed in to your account, it should save your picture instead of having to redo it every time. I placed my order on 3/23/23 & received my glasses on 4/11/23. So 19 days. My only issue with the shipping is tracking. The carrier tracking is quite vague & doesn’t give much in the way of updates. It would be nice to be able to easily track your order & receive regular updates on the order status. My glasses were packaged well & received in perfect condition in the case along with a cleaning cloth. The fit is as expected, although I may have to make slight adjustments. Since we are talking about adjustments, I’d also like to suggest more information & videos on doing your own adjustments. This can be a bit on the scary side if you’ve never adjusted your own glasses. I appreciate the discounts offered on the ABBE site & the additional discount received with my order. Overall, given the choice between ordering glasses at my eye Dr or ordering online, the online option is definitely more cost effective. I usually get new glasses every year when I get my eye exam…that would be a fortune at my eye doctor’s office.

First time I have ordered through them. The glasses are well made for the price, shipping from China was remarkably fast, and they look exactly like the website photos.

These glasses are super cute. I like how lightweight they are. I can't wear them because my prescription was never put in so they are really blurry. Also the ear pieces are floppy. I don't think I could get another pair like this. They would be perfect for reading glasses but I don't think for every day wear.
