Totally worth it - great little workouts to complete at home or the gym

As a male, I sometimes find the coaching tuned a little bit to female audience. I'm ambivalent with the music selections, I usually find my workouts based on level and trainer. I would like some more 70-90's rock and 80's-90's rap and hip hop. Ideally, it would be awesome if I could sync the workout with Spotify at times. I recommend the app widely to friends and colleagues because I believe it is fantastic. Thank you for all you do.

Simply put, Aaptiv pushes me to levels I did not do by myself

I love it !Video would help along with audio especially for stretching yoga and some other strengthening exercises!
