7 cups is a really good platform to seek support for anything we deal in our day to day life. The listener service is free and available 24 x 7. So you can find support even in the 2 am or 3 am emotional overwhelming. There are a lot of good listener and communities where we can find people in similar journeys. There a lot of helpful materials as well as training provided for free. One can even volunteer as listener and undergo different learning. I have been part of the platform for a few years now and I absolutely enjoy the time spend there. 7 Cups has helped me to live a healthy and emotionally balanced life.

7 cups is full of a mix of love, compassion and kindness! It is one of the most life changing emotional support sites i’ve come across, hence why i stayed and became a listener on the site! Everytime i come online, it’s like a whole different world, where people join together as 1 big happy community, to care for one and another! 💗😊
