I purchased on a sale that made it very reasonable. I have used about 4 times now and I have seen a reduction in the curse hair and bumps. The only thing that could make this better is using it cordless.

I bought my package on Black Friday…. We are now almost to Valentine’s Day and I still have not received my full order. Apparently no one can do anything except look into it. But they can send me text messages and emails to buy more… you scammed me once, sham on me. Don’t waste you’re money like I did.

Well, so far it looks like it's working good but I only used it for a week so I don't know until I use it for a while, but I think it's gonna work great

I’ve ordered the product from the website almost a month ago, wasting almost $200 and there hasn’t been shipped yet, I’ve purchased under the “free 2-5 days shipping” phrase and I’m really disappointed since I’ve tried to reach them and they just answered once on instagram. If my money isn’t refund or the order is delivered my next step is getting on instagram and try to advise everyone that this is a SCAM.

I finally got my new sonic dermaplaner tool. I have had to reach out to customer service a couple of times, and it's been so refreshing to get quick and outstanding responses. I can't think of anything better than to back up your product with this type of service. I am sold!!!

They avoided all phone calls and send right to voicemail; then a response with oh sorry, blah, blah. took one month and a day for their 2-4 day shipping. Joke. Spray that was supposed to come with it was never included. Left voicemails in plenty of time for them to cancel my order and refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Just read your review to contact you by phone or email. Why would I do this when it failed miserably the 4 times I did try. The voice mails I left asking you to cancel and refund my card, and I did include my order number all fell on deaf ears. You did state it one reply there was nothing you could do. My comment back was shame on you for not even trying. Perhaps you can offer solutions in the future and dont state you ship in 2 to 4 days. All I wanted was my order cancelled and a refund. I ordered and paid for the 5minskin Electric Dermaplanning Tool + free identifier spray in December 2024. It is now over a month since the order was placed and there has been no progress in my order. I have emailed the company twice and they state that the delay is due to unexpected surge in demands, after my second email they stated that they were going to get in touch with the warehouse and look into it. I have now requested a refund although I fear that I have just lost my money. 😡

I purchased the 5miniskin IPL and received it on the estimated delivery date. I have used it twice on my legs, underarms and bikini area and I already see the results. I usually have to shave every 1 to 2 days but on the 3rd day I really didn’t have to shave, but I did since I was going to use the IPL again. I am very happy with the results. I gave it 4 stars because I thought I had accidentally ordered 2 and when I called customer service, the phone went straight to full voice mail so I figured I was going to have problems getting to customer service. The good thing was that after I went back and looked at my order I had updated my order to only 1. Love the product.
