Ease of ordering. Kept me apprised of delay in delivery. Packaging perfect. I will definitely order direct with this company depending on shipping costs as I live in Hawai’i. They included a coupon for direct ordering and I will use it when I need more perfume.

It has been a month since I placed the order (for my best friend's birthday) and I still have not received it due to a delivery issue. I tried to contact the vendor many times to work out a solution but still have not heard back.
