On 10/7/18 I ordered a set of Recon dually fender lights for my Chevy 3500. I received the order and found they would not fit. The plastic clips were too narrow to fit over the fender’s sheet metal. One of the clips broke off while I was trying to install the lights. On 10/12/18 I contacted 4Wheelonline via email and explained how the lights did not fit and asked how I could return them. I ended up buying a factory OEM fender light from the dealership and it snapped right into place. 12/11/18: Apparently, the email I sent feel through the cyberspace cracks and no one received it. I was contacted by the CEO on 11/12/18, who apologized for the miss communications. Today I received a full refund. In the end, I was impressed with 4wheelonline's customer service and efforts to make it right. Regarding Recon products -- thumbs down.

The rims look great until it snows and the salt will pit these and they look horrible. The chrome is less than paper thin, only buy for the west coast. I had them replaced due to pitting. it was a hassle to have the tires taken off.

Don't buy your tires here!!! If you order 4tires you only get 3 but you were charged for 4 then you have to fine out from fed ex that only 3tires were sent.when contacted they said they would refund me one tire.l don't want a refund i want a tire but they will only refund 1 tire???? Why didn't they send 4 to start with or 1 now.?????
